- Shipping Policy:
- During checkout you will see an estimated delivery date range which is based on the Product Availability and the Shipping service chosen. In an event of any change with the Product Availability or Shipping service disruption which would likely change the estimated delivery date, we will contact you via email with the updated information.
- Domestic US shipping service:
- Standard: usually takes 5-7 business days. Shipped via USPS.
- Ground: usually takes 3-5 business days. Shipped via UPS.
- Express: 2 business days. Shipped via UPS.
- International Shipping service:
- Priority: takes about 15-20 business days depending on destination country. No tracking facility.
- Courier: takes 3-6 business days depending on destination country. Tracking available.
- Packaging:
- We use the either plastic bubble mailers or corrugated boxes for packaging based on the magazine order, to protect them against damages from dust, dirt and water. Unlike other magazine resellers Fashionmagazinestore.com does not use Paper / Manila envelopes for our packaging.
- Undeliverable Packages:
- We expect the Shipping information entered during the checkout process to be
complete and accurate for shipping. However there are times when our carriers are not able to
deliver the packages for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or out-of-date address
- P.O. Box format (Please enter P.O Box shipping address as "P.O. Box" followed by the number.)
- Illegible label
- Other address problems
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused by recipient
- In an event like this we will issue a refund for the magazines but the shipping fee will be forfeited. We will provide with proof of shipping/ tracking number / delivery confirmation as per customer's request.
- Shipping to Correctional Facilities:
- Yes, we do ship to correctional facilities. Majority of the facilities don't accept Ground or Express shipments as they have a tracking number associated with them. We use standard USPS for these. Before placing your order please check with the institution for the acceptable magazine titles. We have seen packages being refused and sent back to us. In an event like this we will issue a refund for the magazines but the shipping fee will be forfeited. If we don't receive the package back at all, no refund will be issued. In that scenario, we advise you to contact the mail receiving room of the facility.
